Permits & Applications
Complete these three steps, in order, before your building permit can be issued. The Permit Process Guide lists every fee, check, and location.
- Oakland Holdings: permits & deposits. Water permit, sewer permit, concrete washout, and a refundable street-cleaning deposit ($7,000 total, paid as two checks). Pay at Jerry Aigner Construction, 944 N. Baker Rd., Boonville · (812) 897-5815.
- City of Boonville: inspections & tap fees. Sewer and water meter inspections and tap fees, paid at Boonville City Hall, 135 South Second St.
- Town of Victoria Woods: building permit. Email your completed application in advance to a.lillich@victoriawoodsin.gov, then bring the application, water and sewer permits, Boonville receipts, site plan, and blueprints to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office by appointment. Permit fee: $0.08 per sq. ft. (minimum $300), payable to the Town of Victoria Woods Building Commission.
